I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation that is awarded by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Those receiving the CRS Designation must complete the required courses offered by the Residential Sales Council and demonstrate specific expertise in applied residential real estate marketing. Over 32,000 Realtors hold the CRS Designation representing 4% of all Realtors. Additionally, I hold the Senior Residential Marketing Master (RMM), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designations.
